UX Research Case Study: Reducing the Dropout rate of users while purchasing dresses on the E-commerce apps.
A UX Research project aimed at understanding the behavioral journey of a user who wants to purchase a dress and find out ways to reduce the user dropout rate on an e-commerce app.
My Role
I was the User Experience Researcher.
Main Goal
I decided to conduct evaluative research on our existing app and user flow and try to find out what users actually need and what were their pain points.

Lenskart- Case Study
Here I have tried to better an individual's buying experience on the pre existing Lenskart App. Some screens I have re-designed keeping in mind accessibility and good user experience.
My Role
I was the User Researcher and Designer.
Main Goal
Improve the buying experience on Lenskart App.
Prana Yoga- Omnify (Client)
Reimagine the entire UI and UX of the entire service booking flow (Log In/Sign Up > Select a Service > Book an available time Slot > Review booking > Payment > Confirmation) to tackle the problems listed by the users.
Users can inspect an instructor’s profile - to make a decision on who they want to book classes with based on the instructor’s knowledge and area of expertise.
